THE SONG OF THE WORLD – Anthem of World Peace

I thank our dear poet Pamie Sandhu Global Peace Advocate from Humanity Magazine Global and the World Peace Charters for joining the World Peace Anthem project, THE SONG OF THE WORLD, with the aim of sowing peace in the hearts of humanity by multiplying universal values and the culture of global peace. Her contribution is significant.

RESISTANCE. RESILIENCE. FREEDOM. HOPE. REFLECTION. PEACE

Voices and cultures of different peoples unite with a single objective: Peace. With the mission and vision of uniting cultures, sowing peace in the hearts of humanity for a world at peace. To eradicate war, violence, discrimination, etc., fostering respect, solidarity, empathy, equality, justice, human dignity, and freedom.

The World Peace Anthem, THE SONG OF THE WORLD, presents seven verses in poem form or seven stanzas in song form. It invites human reflection, seeking to unite empathetic feelings and sensitize hearts. It is a mystical and powerful movement of peace with a universal sentiment.

Resistance. It is a seed of peace sowing love that germinates, reflecting the diversity and cultural exchange of peoples.

Voices unite... The Song of the World is an anthem that will resonate in every corner of the planet. The objective is to achieve peace, making it possible in different areas of life, fostering resilience and hope in the world.

The World Peace Anthem may be translated, sung, or recited by poets and artists worldwide in their original languages.

- Hymn Of World Peace Let the war stop and borders breathe across 

Let peace grow seeds in wounded soil wailing so deep 

Mending future in blends of empathy bringing peace 

Sowing hopes of brighter tomorrows through the roughest and bending paths 

The world is devoid of violence and conflicts

It is decorated with justice and cooperation 

Healing the broken hearts so naive 

�A child’s suffering be looked upon �each chapter a dream still wandering 

Scribbling his wishes on the fate of time

Every wound a doorway teaching gently 

Wearing the mask of protection 

Let’s heal the world with mercy and compassion 

Within the freedom of nations arises a soothing voice 

A subtle force moving from heart to heart 

Kindness walking beside the divine souls

Winds of new change unfolds gently 

Reminiscing the earth to the first light of peace��Now gentle echoes learn to listen�shedding its burden past 

Every shadow following the

 silence of language 

Carrying the weight of memories 

Where truth knocks softly 

The air no longer fears the shooter �as subtle melodies cradle injuries 

Meeting in the shadows buried 

Grasping the light through the shadows followed

�The world Anthem sung through nations wide

Woven in the fabric of kindness, love and faith 

Winds chanting songs of entwined cultures binding in oneness 

Abandoning the tears we swallowed 

Now penetrating through the blocked light 

Echoes for peace are repeated endlessly 

Until the horizon breaks the ice 

Patience speaks in silent languages 

Meeting in coherence where sky meets sea �Every wave acknowledging the sighs of brutality �

Beneath the thunder of wars and fears 

Peace comes with symphony of melodious notes so calming 

Let the justice pave its path and strengthen 

Weaving cultures into chosen peace

“ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ”

-ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਕਣ ਦਿਓ

ਅਤੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਪਾਰ ਸਾਹ ਲੈਣ ਦਿਓ

ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਜ ਉਗਾਉਣ ਦਿਓ,

ਇੰਨੀ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਰੋਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ,

ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਨਾ,

ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ,

ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਔਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੋੜਵੇਂ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ

ਉੱਜਵਲ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਬੀਜਣਾ,

ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਟਕਰਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ,

ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ,

ਟੁੱਟੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਾ ਭੋਲਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰਨਾ,

ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਅਧਿਆਇ 'ਤੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ,

ਇੱਕ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਭਟਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ,

ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ,

ਹਰ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ਇੱਕ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ,

ਨਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ,

ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਮਖੌਟਾ ਪਹਿਨ ਕੇ,

ਆਓ ਦਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕਰੀਏ।

 

ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ

ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉੱਠਦੀ ਹੈ

ਇੱਕ ਸੂਖਮ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਿਲ ਤੋਂ ਦਿਲ ਤੱਕ ਚਲਦੀ ਹੈ

ਦਿਆਲਤਾ ਨਵੇਂ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ

ਹੌਲੀ ਹੌਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਹੁਣ ਕੋਮਲ ਗੂੰਜ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਸਿੱਖਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਇਸਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ

ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਚੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਰ ਪਰਛਾਵਾਂ

ਯਾਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ

ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੱਚ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੌਲੀ ਦਸਤਕ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ

ਹਵਾ ਹੁਣ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇਬਾਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਦੀ

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੂਖਮ ਸੁਰਾਂ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਦੱਬੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਰਛਾਵਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਣਾ

ਪਰਛਾਵਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਨਾ

ਪਰਛਾਵਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਦਾ ਹੈ

ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਗੀਤ ਦਿਆਲਤਾ,

ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦੇ ਤਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ

ਏਕਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ

ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਨਿਗਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਹੁਣ ਬੰਦ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ

 

ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੂੰਜਾਂ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਦੁਹਰਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ

ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਦਿਸਹੱਦਾ ਬਰਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਟੁੱਟਦੀ

ਧੀਰਜ ਚੁੱਪ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ

ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਸਮਾਨ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ

ਇੱਕਸੁਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਹਰ ਲਹਿਰ

ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ

ਜੰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਰਜ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ

ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਸੁਰੀਲੇ ਸੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੰਫਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਓ ਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ

ਆਪਣਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ

ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਓ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣੀ ਹੋਈ

ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਣਨਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਨਰਮ

Biography:

Parvinder is born and brought up in Mombasa, Kenya, East Africa. 

Parvinder has dedicated her career shaping the minds of future generations as a Principal.

Parvinder is a national award winner from NCERT, New Delhi, for making teaching and learning process more easier through the classroom aids for both the teachers and pupils.

Parvinder is an author of a poetry book, “UNFATHOMED SECRETS”, a heartfelt collection of 100 poems from the abyss of her heart.

This poetry book “Unfathomed Secrets” was launched by the honourable High Commissioner of Sri Lanka, Ms. Mahishini Colonne at the Saarc Book Festival 2025 held in Delhi, India.

She is a recipient of many literary awards.

-She has translated another poetry English book of selected poems “ A caress in the soul “ written by Angela Kosta a renowned author, writer and editor from Albania, into a Punjabi language.

-She has also translated , THE GREAT WARRIOR ( Klisania and Trifilia )from Belgium by the editor/poet Agron Shele into Punjabi language.

-She has also translated poems of many poets into Punjabi language.
