"The love from Greece and Cyprus is ready to travel to Venezuela!"🇬🇷♥️🇻🇪
The HelpHellas Humanitarian Mission consolidates 5 containers of aid and mobilizes global empathy to fund ocean freight. ATHENS / NICOSIA / CARACAS — In a historic display of international fraternity and cooperation, the humanitarian organization HelpHellas—under the strategic direction and hands-on leadership of its President and founder of the #HELPVENEZUELA campaign, George Gamperakis—has successfully completed the collection, technical sorting, and packing of a massive shipment of aid destined for thousands of families in Venezuela. Having mobilized civil society in Greece 🇬🇷 and Cyprus, the mission has reached its most critical and decisive stage: launching a major International Call for Solidarity to cover the cost of ocean freight to transport this aid across the Atlantic.
Behind the operational rigor of the #HELPVENEZUELA campaign lies the vision of George Gamperakis, President of HelpHellas. His approach has been to transform the concept of traditional aid into an efficient, transparent, and sustainable organizational model. Gamperakis conceived a structured citizen support network that directly connected Hellenic empathy with the urgent needs of the Venezuelan people.
Under his leadership, HelpHellas channeled efforts through key initiatives such as Hellas HelpBank, establishing a professional protocol for the categorization and inventory of supplies that ensured international standards for sanitary and logistical control.
Humanity Magazine Global solidifies George Gampierakis’s standing, ratifying and recognizing him as a Humanitarian Diplomacy figure, as his model demonstrates the impact of social and community-based management on the response to global crises.
"Our mission transcends the delivery of materials; we send a message of universal fraternity. Greece and Cyprus tell Venezuela that it is not alone on this journey." —George Gamperakis, President of HelpHellas and founder of #HELPVENEZUELA.
Hands-on Work and Technical Training for Volunteers
A defining feature of this undertaking was the hands-on leadership at the Athens collection center, where George Gamperakis worked side-by-side with the volunteer team during demanding shifts dedicated to packing and logistics. This close collaboration boosted organizational morale and ensured the proper consolidation of the five shipping containers.
Complementing this physical labor was an essential pillar: the rigorous academic preparation, technical training, and ethical conduct of the HelpHellas volunteers. Guided by solid universal values—such as dignity, equity, and altruistic service—trained professionals and students contributed their expertise in warehouse logistics, risk management, and the sorting of medicines and food. This synergy between intellectual training and moral commitment elevated the community-led collection effort to a level of operational excellence.
Warmth and Fraternity:
Preparing the Shipment
For weeks, the staging facilities saw an uninterrupted flow of multidisciplinary work. Every item was meticulously inventoried, protected, and sealed to withstand the conditions of the sea voyage.
However, the true value of the shipment lies in its human warmth: hundreds of boxes contain handwritten messages from Greek and Cypriot citizens offering words of encouragement to Venezuelan families. In this way, the relief supplies become a bridge of fraternal embrace between nations.

HUMANITY MAGAZINE GLOBAL: INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR SOLIDARITY
With the five containers fully prepared and securely stored, the mission faces its most urgent challenge: raising exactly €39,000 to cover the sea freight, international insurance, and port formalities required for the transatlantic voyage.
Faced with this challenge, Humanity Magazine Global issues an International Call for Empathy and Solidarity, urging the international community, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, diaspora groups, and global citizens to join forces to make this journey possible.

👉 HUMANITARIAN AID IS READY!
WHAT’S MISSING IS THE JOURNEY 🚢🫧🌊🌠
The physical labor, technical coordination, and packing have already been completed with absolute dedication. The only thing remaining to turn these supplies into real relief is a collective financial effort. Every contribution to this cause represents nautical miles bringing the ships closer to their destination, proving that when humanity collaborates around higher values, no geographical distance is insurmountable.
